I'm Marie, the baker behind Marie Day Bakes. I began baking years ago with chocolate chip cookies and my green kitchen aid mixer. Cookies are my go to dessert to bring to family functions (slowly being outdone by cake pops at the moment….)

I almost ALWAYS come home with an empty container with little to no leftovers.

Baking is a creative outlet, stress reliever and a way to quit doom scrolling... After all, the bread dough AND cake pop dough is like playing with play doh.

My baking essentials include an iced latte for fuel, an upbeat playlist and comfy clothes.
